Shipping Policy

Do we offer special pricing on shipping?

Yes. We offer 2 options. 1. All orders of $100 or more, free shipping. 2. For orders under $100, $9.99 per order.

When do we ship your order?

All orders will be shipped within 24- 48 hours of receiving payment.

Where do we ship?

Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States. EXCEPTIONS include Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Alaska ,Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. 

Do we provide a tracking number?

All shipments will be shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number and this will be automatically sent to the email you provided when you placed your order. 

When can you expect your order?

Delivery is within 2 - 7 business days once your order has shipped. Because we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries, there are rare occurrences when deliveries may be late for reasons outside of our control.  Although we do our very best to deliver your order quickly, there are times we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries outside of this time frame. Please note that remote areas may take more time to get to you. Please check with Canada Post or United States Postal Service (USPS) to get an estimated delivery time for your area.

We are not liable for delayed deliveries (nor incurred fees)  that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Canada Post or USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges incurred.

At our discretion, we may use other shipping companies from time to time such as UPS, Purolator, Fed Ex, etc. to ensure your order will be delivered on time. 


Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you place your order. We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at as soon as possible. In addition, if your parcel is undeliverable and returned to us by the selected courier, we will refund you the amount of the items purchased minus the shipping fees you were charged at time of purchase and any other applicable shipping fees to return the parcel to us.

Was your order damaged or lost during shipping?

If your item(s) was/were damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can rectify it at We will need pictures of the damaged item(s) and/or and other information regarding the shipment.  Our shipping includes insurance so any pictures and other details will be needed for us to be reimbursed by our shipper. 

Customs Fees, Duties or Import Taxes

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to any orders. These fees are solely the responsibility of the customer.
