Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping your item back to us for a refund.
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of items of an intimate nature. Examples are earrings, socks, underwear, and other personal care items. Also, other items as specified by LeCatShop. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions or concerns about the returnability of an item before you purchase it.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping fees to buy an item and shipping fees to return an item are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
Contact your credit card company original method of payment to verify the refund was processed. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate it for you.
Most sale items are refundable unless specified in the product description at time of purchase. Items of an intimate nature are not returnable for hygienic reasons (see "Non-returnable items" in this policy for more details).
Clearance items are final sale.
