Do we offer special pricing on shipping?

Yes. We offer 2 options. When you buy 2 or more items, save UP TO 75% OFF shipping rates. Or, all orders of $100 or more, free shipping.

When do we ship your order?

All orders will be shipped within 24- 48 hours of receiving payment.


Where do we ship?

Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States. EXCEPTIONS include: Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Alaska and Hawaii. 


Do we provide a tracking number?

All shipments will be shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number and this will be automatically sent to the email you provided when you placed your order. 


When can you expect your order?

Delivery is within 2 - 7 business days once your order has shipped. Because we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries, there are rare occurrences when deliveries may be late for reasons outside of our control.  Although we do our very best to deliver your order quickly, there are times we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries that outside of this time frame. We are not liable for delayed deliveries (nor incurred fees)  that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Canada Post or USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges incurred.

At our discretion, we may use other shipping companies from time to time such as UPS, Purolator, Fed Ex, etc. to ensure your order will be delivered on time. 



Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you place your order. We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at shop@lecatshop.com as soon as possible. In addition, if your parcel is undeliverable and returned to us by the selected courier, we will refund you the amount of the items purchased minus the shipping fees you were charged at time of purchase and any other applicable shipping fees to return the parcel to us.


Was your order damaged or lost during shipping?

If your item(s) was/were damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can rectify it at shop@lecatshop.com. We will need pictures of the damaged item(s) and/or and other information regarding the shipment.  Our shipping includes insurance so any pictures and other details will be needed for us to be reimbursed by our shipper. 


Customs Fees, Duties or Import Taxes

Please note that we not responsible for any customs fees, duties or import taxes applied to any orders. These fees are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us at shop@lecatshop.com befpre shipping your item back to us for a refund.


Non-returnable items

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of items of an intimate nature. Examples are earrings, socks, underwear, and other personal care items. Also, other items as specified by LeCatShop. Please contact us at shop@lecatshop.com if you have any questions or concerns about the returnability of an item before you purchase it.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Shipping fees to buy an item and shipping fees to return an item are the responsibility of the customer.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.


Late or missing refunds

Contact your credit card company original method of payment to verify the refund was processed. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at shop@lecatshop.com so we can investigate it for you.


Sale items

Most sale items are refundable unless specified in the product description at time of purchase. Items of an intimate nature are not returnable for hygienic reasons (see "Non-returnable items" in this policy for more details).

Clearance items are final sale.
