All orders are processed within 2 business days after receipt of the order. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

We currently only ship to Canada.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
